Gary G. Miller is a Principal of Cumberland Capital. He is a seasoned senior executive with nearly 30 years of broad-based financial management and operations experience. His proven track record as an executive officer and director, includes having served as the CFO of a $600+ million, NYSE-listed, manufacturing and distribution business. Mr. Miller has played a key role in the structuring and implementation of domestic and international corporate finance transactions with a total value in excess of $1.5 billion. During his career, he has been actively involved in setting corporate and financial strategies in a number of sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, gaming, recreation, oil & gas, real estate and healthcare. Mr. Miller is currently Chairman and CEO of Fore Star Golf, Inc., serves on the board of directors of Sovereign Surgical, Inc. and is an officer and director of various private investment partnerships.

From 1999-2002, Mr. Miller served on the board of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., a $700 million, NYSE-listed gaming company, where he chaired the audit committee. From 1992-1998, Mr. Miller was a director of United Stationers, Inc., a $3+ billion, NASDAQ-listed distributor of office products, where he chaired the compensation committee and was a member of the audit committee.

Mr. Miller is formerly a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from Duquesne University.
